Richard A. Christine

Richard A. Christine, Jr. joined Murphy & Riley, P.C. as an Associate in 2014.  Rick has devoted his practice to civil litigation and has significant experience in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts.  His practice focuses primarily on personal injury defense, including products liability, premises liability, and construction litigation. 

Rick has successfully represented a wide variety of corporate and individual clients for whom he has obtained favorable outcomes through diligence and critical thinking.  As an advocate, Rick has guided clients to favorable verdicts at several trials in Massachusetts Superior and District Courts.  Rick is also a skilled appellate attorney and has achieved successful decisions for his clients in both the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division of the District Court. 

Rick earned his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.  Prior to and during law school, Rick devoted substantial time to the public interest sphere, serving low income and indigent clients as a law clerk for the Public Defender Service in Washington, D.C., the Federal Defender Office in Boston, and the Legal Advocacy and Resource Center (of Greater Boston Legal Services).
