Kelly E. Charest joined Murphy & Riley, P.C. as an Associate in November 2023 after graduating from Suffolk University Law School and becoming a member the Massachusetts bar. Before joining the firm as an Associate, Kelly worked as a full-time paralegal for the firm for three years. During law school she returned as a summer law clerk.

 

Kelly also interned for the MassDOT/MBTA Office of General Counsel’s litigation department, and as an SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student Practitioner she represented asylum seekers before the Boston Immigration Court.

Kelly’s practice with Murphy & Riley, P.C. focuses on insurance defense, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and professional liability.
