Kevin M. Sullivan is the Managing Shareholder of Murphy & Riley, P.C. He is an attorney with 30 years of litigation experience, including jury trials in four states. He has extensive experience in state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts. Kevin completed CLM's Litigation Management Institute and has received the Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) designation.

His practice includes the defense of complex tort actions and cases involving catastrophic personal injury and death. Kevin represents medical and mental health professionals in malpractice actions, and defends individuals, businesses, and not for profit social service agencies in civil actions involving construction accidents, product liability, premises liability, liquor liability, and other personal injury matters.
​
Kevin served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General Corps and is a former Special Assistant United States Attorney.
​
Kevin has led seminars on various legal topics for insurance industry representatives and presented a seminar on “Pre-Trial Considerations” at the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association Trial Practice Series. Kevin served on the Voir Dire Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Judicial Administration Council.
