Timothy joined Murphy & Riley, P.C. as an Associate in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Timothy served as an associate at a healthcare cost containment group, where he negotiated settlements of billing disputes on behalf of self-funded insurers. Prior to this position, Timothy spent more than a decade representing clients at federal administrative hearings. In recognition of his advocacy, Timothy was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015 to 2021.
 
Timothy’s previous experience includes disability law, administrative law, workers’ compensation law, health insurance law, ERISA law, and contract law.

Timothy’s current practice is focused on the defense of not for profit social service agencies, as well as premises liability and motor vehicle accident claims.
